How to Deposit Crypto Coins?

    1. Click on the "Wallet" button on header section > Action Tab > "Deposit”
    2. Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit
    3. A pop-up will appear with your deposit address and its QR code.

In your Crypto External Wallet:

1. Copy and paste the address to your crypto wallet (or scan the QR code) as the receiving address (you can also send it to yourself or your friends by tapping the Share button).

2. Select the amount of crypto currency you want to deposit and submit/broadcast the transaction.

3. Always make sure that you are sending your cryptocurrency to the correct address, as crypto transactions are irreversible.

4. If you’re making your first deposit to your Walkex.com App, try sending a small amount of crypto first to familiarize yourself with the process and make sure that everything works correctly.

Where is My Crypto Deposit?

Once the transaction is made on the blockchain, it will take the some number of confirmations for the deposit to appear in your Walkex.com App:

For Example:
    1 confirmation for XRP
    6 confirmations for BTC, BCH
    12 confirmations for LTC
    30 confirmations for ETH

When it does, you will receive an email notification about the successful deposit.

7. Select the profile tab (upper right-hand corner). then go for history tab

8. See your Deposit transaction details

9. The deposit will be added to your account after receiving the right amount of the confirmations from the network.
